DAY 1: IZMIR AIRPORT TRANSFER – SAMSUN FLIGHT – BREAKFAST – FIRST STEP SQUARE – HONOR MONUMENT – BANDIRMA FERRY – JASON PENINSULA – ORDU BOZTEPE CABLE CAR – ORDU HOTEL

On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 11:50 PM, we will meet our guide and captain at Eşref Girginç Park (across from LC Waikiki) and depart for Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. On the morning of September 10, at 6:00 AM, we will fly to Samsun on SunExpress flight XQ 9158 (Arrival: 7:35 AM). Upon arrival, we will meet our waiting vehicle and have a free breakfast break to unwind from the road.

After breakfast, we will travel to Samsun city center and visit First Step Square, a symbol of the Turkish War of Independence. Afterwards, we experience an emotional moment at the Monument of Honor, a symbol of Samsun within Atatürk Park, accompanied by our guide's narration, and take a group photo. Afterwards, we visit the replica of the Bandırma Ferry, which landed in Samsun on May 19, 1919, carrying Mustafa Kemal Pasha and his comrades, and experience the first steps of the War of Independence. Leaving Samsun, we head towards Ordu along the Black Sea coastal road, stopping at the captivating Cape Jason Peninsula, home to the mythological story of the Argonauts. On this peninsula, where the Argonauts arrived in search of the Golden Fleece, we visit the Jason Church, nestled in the sea, and capture some impressive images in this area where nature and history intertwine.

Then, we arrive in Ordu city center and experience a bird's-eye view of the Black Sea from the Ordu Boztepe Cable Car. We gaze at the city from above, breathing in the fresh highland air. After a photo break and a short free time, we conclude our day and head to our hotel. We settle into our rooms, relax from the day's fatigue, and have dinner at our hotel. DAY 2: SÜMELA MONASTERY – ATATÜRK MANSION – FILIGREE & SILVER WORKSHOP – HOTEL

After breakfast at the hotel, we meet our captain and guide at our vehicle and begin a wonderful day. Our first itinerary includes a depart for the Sümela Monastery, a magnificent rock-carved structure located within the Altındere Valley National Park in the Maçka district of Trabzon. Upon arrival, we learn about the history, architecture, and religious significance of this mysterious structure with our guide's explanations, and enjoy the view and atmosphere.

After leaving Sümela, we return to Trabzon city center and visit the Atatürk Mansion, nestled among pine forests overlooking the sea, where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed during his visits to the city. Accompanied by our guide, we explore the mansion's interior, learning about the architecture of the period and Atatürk's travels to Trabzon. We then proceed to a workshop where examples of regional handicrafts, such as kazaziye, wickerwork, and filigree, are exhibited and sold. Here, you can examine the traditional silversmithing products made by the masters and shop if you wish.

At the end of the day, we return to Trabzon city center and check into our hotel. We have dinner at the hotel and then relax. (TRABZON ACCOMMODATION) 4* Anemon Hotel

DAY 3: RİZE TEA FACTORY – SARP BORDER GATE – BATUMI CITY TOUR – ALI & NINO – EUROPA SQUARE – CABLE CAR – BOAT TOUR – HOTEL

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Rize, the birthplace of tea, known as the green gold of the Black Sea. Here, we visit one of the region's leading tea factories to learn about both the production process and the cultural value of tea. With our guide's narration, we learn about the journey of tea from sprout to cup and experience tea picking in the property's garden. We have the opportunity to take plenty of souvenir photos, accompanied by the joy of women collecting tea in traditional clothing, with our baskets in hand. We take a short tea break in the tasting area, accompanied by the fragrant scent of Black Sea tea.

After this delightful experience, we continue along the Black Sea coastal road to the Sarp Border Gate. After completing our transit procedures with our passports and new chip-enabled IDs, we enter Batumi, Georgia's coastal city.

After dropping off our luggage at our hotel, our first stop in Batumi is the architectural and historical landmarks of the city center. With our guide, we take short walks and take photos at attractions such as Theater Square, Europe Square, the Medea Statue, Piazza Square, the Astronomical Clock, and the Church of St. Nicholas. Following our city tour, we take the Batumi Cable Car with our guests for a bird's-eye view of the city. We stroll along the Batumi coastline, listen to the moving story of the famous Ali & Nino Statue, and take a photo break in front of this unique structure.

At the end of the day, we return to the hotel and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish can explore the Batumi nightlife or join the optional Georgian Night. (BATUMI ACCOMMODATION) Graphic Hotel Batumi
